Referrals to Haven Nook are received via the local authority’s placement process for Independent Special Schools.

Where necessary, we are able to support the transition process into school – please refer to ‘Home Learning’ for more information.

At Haven Nook, the nature of our bespoke education delivery means that we often work 1-to-1 with students or in small, carefully considered groupings. As such, there are limited placements available.

We provide for 20 students.

Admission Criteria

• Students will be aged between 11 and 18 years.
• We are able to support neurodiverse students with EHCPs who have social, emotional, mental health needs.
